Pictured handing over the cheque to The Children’s Cancer Unit Charity Chairman, Felix Mooney, were Adam Murphy, Eimear Mitchell, Laurie McQuaid and Jenn Fitzgerald.

The team from the Armagh City Hotel Health and Fitness Club put their money were their mouth is, entering two relay teams into the Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon last month.

The fitness experts took to the roads of Belfast to raise vital funds for local charity, The Children’s Cancer Unit Charity. Together they raised £900 which will go directly towards benefiting children affected by cancer in Northern Ireland.

The role of The Children’s Cancer Unit Charity is to support the work of the medical team and staff at the Children’s Cancer Unit at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.
